The BioCAM Driver API provides the necessary toolset to drive the BioCAM device and to interface with your biological cultures via the 3Brain BioSPU microchip. It enables performing closed-loop experiments, by providing the experimenter the ability to achieve a latency time of ~1.5ms.‍

The API is built on .NET Framework 4.7. and is compatible with Windows 10 or 11. The current version of the API, v. 2.2, supports the BioCAM DupleX with firmware 1.7.0.8 or higher. The API can be usedin C++, Java, Python, etc. by using a proper wrapper (not provided).

BrainWave 5 provides advanced and AI-driven tools for managing, analysing and extracting information from both single-well and multiwell systems. The latest software version is compatible with Windows 10 and 11.

BrainWave 5 is compatible with BioCAM DupleX and HyperCAM Alpha.
