Acquire, analyze and manage data from CorePlate™ multi-wells
Building on our experience with managing enormous amounts of data from single-well HD-MEAs, we have created a microelectrode array software suite that combines all you need to handle complex electrophysiology data from CorePlate™ multi-wells in a single tool.
Modules that are offered in separate applications in other products on the market are seamlessly integrated in BrainWave 5. Moving from recording data to inspecting just-acquired results can be done with a simple click and without diverting attention toother applications. Likewise, from your results you can immediately jump back to acquire a new dataset.
Three modules – Recorder, Playback and Analysis – are always accessible from the same interface and others, such as the EVOS module, are made available in the same place depending on your subscription.
BrainWave 5 is equipped with a range of tools to manage and maximize the results of the high-content data generated by your CorePlate™ devices.
For instance, you can easily group your wells according to the treatments and concentrations being tested.
Information from wells and well groups can be combined, filtered, browsed and visualized in a variety of ways to get the most accurate picture of your cell preparation.
Recordings at different times, even across days, can be merged into a single file, giving you maximum freedom to design your experimental session and to quickly extract the results of interest.
The fully customizable and intuitive graphical interface makes BrainWave5 a software package that adapts to you and your needs.
The workspace can be adjusted to display more information at once when you needa complete overview of your data. Alternatively, it can display specific information for in-depth analysis.
Users can make use of walkthrough and auto modes to streamline the process of configuring an experiment and viewing results. Settings can be adjusted via a number of methods, including a feature-rich GUI for advanced users.
Tasks like spike identification and validation can make use of the newly implemented artificial intelligence within BrainWave 5 to improve the quality of your data
