About

About us

3Brain is the world's first company having designed and realized high-resolution microelectrode arrays (MEAs)

Our CMOS-MEA sets a new standard for studying neuronal networks and is being used to advance our understanding of brain functions and improve success in drug development.

Stemming out from the passion for technology and scientific progress, we have committed ourselves to help research in fields of major importance for our societies. To cite one example: brain diseases have a high impact on us and an even more negative outlook, given social factors like aging and urbanization that are increasing their incidence.

3Brain's technology is the result of 15 years of developments and of experience on CMOS-MEA chips, brought forward by the constant support of our partners.

3Brain's was awarded with the CTI Start-up Label, a prestigious seal of quality, by the Swiss Commission for Technology and Innovation.
